Disappointing

Excessive noise caused by hosted children (probably on school excursion) was a major inconvenience, aggravated by the lack of supervision by the administration and insufficient acoustic insulation in the rooms and corridors. The breakfast was less than expected for the daily value (e.g. pretty dry old chocolate cake, and roasted eggs), and some details in the room infrastructure also left to be desired, such as the unstable temperature of the shower, the absence of toilet paper support, the lack of sockets near the beds and the curtains that do not completely block the outside light. In addition, the limited number of cabins in the closet and the wheelchairless chairs in the desk were smaller inconveniences that could be easily adjusted to improve guest comfort.

Positively, the service at check-in is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, with high-quality bed and bed match, plus a shower with good pressure and water direction. Air-conditioned in good conditions and efficient lighting. The location is within the Unicamp campus.
