Don't stay in this place!
It deserved a maximum of 2 stars!
The experience was terrible, highlighting the absurd lack of respect for the guest. Taking one or another employee who tried to be friendly, the service is a disaster. The summit of the absurdity was when I was taken from the lower floor area saying I couldn't stay there. As if it wasn't enough, they just turned off the lights of the place to force me out! I went upstairs and, at midnight, they did exactly the same thing: they wiped everything out to get me out of there. An indignant attitude and bad conduct (I took pictures of the places in the dark to prove it).
Structure falling to pieces and zero cleaning
The hotel stopped in time, seems abandoned and begs for urgent renovation:
Room and furniture: Old and uncomfortable mattresses, worn furniture with a strong mould smell and old air-conditioning, which makes a hellish noise and does not ice right.
Hygiene: Leaves much to be desired, both in the rooms and in the common areas. A bathroom with a rough rebar, dust in the furniture and that constant feeling of lack of cleaning.
Infiltrations: Strong smell of moisture, stained walls and curtains.
Other perengues (which many guests also complain about)
Weak breakfast: Little variety, bad artificial juices, time to replenish the food and a super noisy and messy salon.
Zero acoustic insulation: You can hear it all! The Copacabana traffic, the people in the hallway and the noise of the neighboring rooms. Impossible to rest right.
Elevators and Wi-Fi: Prepare for queues during peak hours as elevators are old and slow. The internet is awful and falls every minute, a nightmare for those who need to work.
The exploration alert
The Hotel Bandeirantes sells the illusion of a 3 or 4 star in Copacabana, but delivers precarious infrastructure. And keep an eye on the charges:
Parking: They charge absurd R$ 105,00 per day. Tip: 7 minutes away, in the same street, there is a parking for R$ 60,00.
Extra bed for child: Charge more R$ 100,00.
Law of supply and demand or pure exploitation? It's up to everyone's discretion, but my advice is: don't fall into the bookings of low prices. For the amount charged and the disrespect of wiping out the light on the guest's face, I do not recommend it to anyone!

Worth the Beneficial Cost
We stayed in the Rubi suite. Very comfortable. Clean environments. I just found breakfast simple for what it offers. It is worth remembering that all the staff were very polite with us. And the pool is great.
