Worst experience possible
I made a reservation for female room, arriving there for check-in on Friday they mistaken my reservation and wanted to put me in a mixed room, I don't stay in mixed rooms. I don't like it.
He said he would not stay but had already paid the full amount of the reservation. The hostel said they would repay me but so far nothing, the greatest disadvantage I have ever seen. Besides no more answering me on WhatsApp. I'm entering with legal measures because it's absurd I lose my money I'm working to have for a mistake that they made for poor organization and management of the hostel itself

**Disappointing Experience: Absolutely Avoid!**
My friend and I thought we found a good deal when we booked two nights in a female dorm on April 6 and 7. The hostel seemed okay at first glance, but our stay was a succession of disappointments.
As soon as we arrived, the volunteer informed us that there was no room in a female dormitory, placing us in a mixed dormitory, then empty. It was a first surprise.
Then, for the *check-in*, he asked us to scan a QR code and follow an online procedure. After each completed the process and paid, he informed us that we had paid twice and that a refund would be required. Despite his assurances to return the information to the accounting department, it has now been two months since we left the establishment without having received a refund, despite multiple reminders by WhatsApp and e-mail, which remained unanswered.
The common areas of the hostel, except the kitchen, were not particularly clean.
The first night passed without incident. However, our second night was a very unpleasant surprise: we discovered two men in their fifties in our room. By booking a female dormitory, it is precisely to guarantee a certain comfort and privacy that we absolutely did not have.
