Bad experience

First time I go to this hotel, the truth very disappointed because it has nothing that is offered, the rooms well until the third day since when we entered the bathroom there was a very strong smell of urine, a smell to vomit, they fixed it but the day we left again the smell began to come out, in addition to that very small pool for so many people, dirty tables that if you find one you have to clean it because the staff does not, elevators my delayed, we had to use several times those of service, very dirty jacuzzi, the day we arrived there were too many people and obstetrics the access ramp (I am disabled) I think there should be more supervision by the management to take care of all these details, there are definitely better places, I go very often to Acapulco and would not return to this hotel
