Offers very little for the price.
Bad service for the price charged.
The hotel has a good location and a reasonable infrastructure, but too bad on basic aspects that should not be a problem in this price range (R$ 300 to R$ 450 per day).
The biggest problem my wife and I had was: the shower doesn't get hot. It is not that the water does not boil; it cannot even be said that it is warm. If you are not from the Northeast (like me, who am from the South), it will bother a lot. Even if it’s not really cold in the city, a hot bath after a full day of traveling or hiking is something unnegotiable in a hotel in this price range. In the six days I stayed, we had warm water (comparable to the "morn" function of a 5.500 W shower) in only 2 of the 12 baths, considering me and my wife. I don't know if this happens because the hotel is crowded (we went in July, high season), but, still, he should be prepared for that demand.
Another negative point is the breakfast. It's really too simple. There's no French bread! There are only two types of cake, goiabada, butter, form bread, ham, cheese, fruits and juices. On some days there was cheese bread and, on others, no. Plus, they're frozen ones, only heated in the microwave. Nor is there tapioca or any other preparation à la carte. Honestly, it doesn't bother me, but for some people, it can be a pretty negative point.
Parking, as many have already commented, is very limited. There are very few vacancies for many guests.
It didn't bother me, but the water is salobra. I don't know if this happens in the other hotels in the city as it is a coastal city.
The key card of the rooms de-magnetizes when it is very close to NFC-enabled phones. We had to go down several times to the reception to reconfigure it, which generates some inconvenience.
The TV is not smart, the bed is relatively tough and the towels are also not of the best quality. Imagine towels with the quality of swimming pool towels: they are far from high-fat cotton towels and are even cute.
What saves the hotel is the location. However, by the price charged, it is likely that you can find much better hotels in the same area.
Our stay was six days in July 2026. Fortunately, we spent little time at the hotel: we left in the morning and returned only at night. Thus, these problems did not ruin our journey. However, if we had to stay longer in the hotel, surely our experience would have been pretty bad.

I've been to Fortaleza but this was a bad stay. Crabs walking in the cafeteria, basic breakfast coffee.
I put a white blouse next to you so you have no idea...
