Accommodation in Salvador de Bahia

Hostel located in the Barra Salvador area of Bahia, very friendly receptionists attention. We stayed one night in private room amplifies and with air conditioning. The bathroom is shared but overall the whole place is very clean and very well served. I highly recommend it!

You never stay here. Much humiliation

To begin with, the cleaning of the female bathroom was terrible. It was hard to use. The sink was clogged. Out the stained and ripped bedding. We went through an incident in which the hostel owner was unable to get in touch to make an apology request that he provided. My elderly mother and I were locked inside the room at 6:30 a.m. From the room window, we asked for the help of other guests, who had long tried to unlock the door from the outside. Since I had to go to the airport, I tried to hurry them. I suggested you call a keykeeper. And the hostel owner? Never showed up. We had to urinate inside the room, since it was a long time and the bathroom was on the outside. It was a degrading and humiliating situation. And the agony of having a close flight and risk losing it? After a long time, someone managed to open the door from the outside and we quickly left the accommodation. It was the worst experience in a hostel. The lack of cleanliness, TV without internet, towels that had to be rented (even in the private room)... We had to go through this humiliation. If at least the host contacted to give a satisfaction, he could recognize the error and improve the facilities for the next guests.
