Don't be fooled by the nice photos and the pseudo warm atmosphere they give off. There is not really a reception, the reception is cold enough and you are asked to fill in an online form to register with very insistent that the link does not work... Next, the room is very small, a kind of block between 4 walls and NO window! This feature is NOT mentioned in the ad. Only a few rooms have windows. When we inform the reception (which closes at 7pm lol), we answer that it was specified in the ad... but in fact no it is not! The service is non-existent and do not expect to relax at the pool after a day spent visiting Salvador, it closes at 5pm because the hotel prefers to receive outside guests on its "rooftop"... guests who delay coming... The hotel tells you you warned of this... It's true but once the reservation is made and paid and not cancellable... I go over the details of the room where the toilet has no privacy and a defective flush... and the bed could be much more comfortable... knowing that in addition, there is the music of the "rooftop"... in short, this hotel is a joke.

0 Hotel usually rents its rooftop for parties and events in conjunction with the accommodation, such a fact annoys guests by the noise and discomfort caused. I asked twice to lower the sound which was only to actually stop at midnight of the said day.
It's impossible to rest like this.
