Too loud/ too expensive

Before arriving at the first contact on the internet we were told that there were two possibilities to pay in reails or with the PIX application
being European we don't have a pix.
I had enough money in euro to pay but it didn't look good!
I was in possession of a mastercard credit card but they did not accept it either!
arrived at the reception of this building was probably waiting for the owner to receive her money!!
It was for me the first time in my life that I saw a lady waiting at the front desk for the tenants to pay the employees.
Conclusion We had to make two banks , neither of them could give me money with my mastercard and could not exchange my euros in reails.
We went to the mall to exchange our euros for reails.
Then came back to the reception to pay for our stay.
I would never understand this way of working either
The fat is very noisy in the morning at very late hours
If you're coming to have peace then don't come.
The kitchen is way too small
The quality of the matelat is average
There are great lighting spots in the street that light up the studio even at night damage.
The restaurant below us is super noisy and we smell the smells of cooking
Customers of this restaurant shout a lot.
There are two dangerous steps in the studio that are very poorly designed
The wardrobe is poor
The door does not close well and is very dilapidated.
The bathroom remains small
The interior decoration is in bad taste
The only sofa bed is very hard
We're not sitting well.
The inner disign is horrible
The studio is badly oriented it is sweltering inside, in the afternoon it is much too hot inside
Neighbors are not frequentable
The levels of other tenants are low
The low end
Frankly, don't come.
