Disappointing experience: hotel needs urgent renovation

One of the worst hospitality experiences I've ever had.

I stayed in one of the rooms on the first floor, near the reception and the breakfast area. As I entered the room, I found mouthy pillows and one of them had a stain that looked like blood. I informed the problem to the reception politely, and they made the exchange, but the new pillows also looked old and poorly preserved.
The white sheets were covered, and the towels looked worn and dirty, giving the impression that they had not been properly sanitized. Sleeping in that bed was a pretty unpleasant experience.
The bathroom does not have a box. There's only one plastic curtain, which also looked dirty, making the whole bathroom wet after the bath.
The hotel has a good location, and I compliment the breakfast, which is very good, in addition to the cordiality of the staff, who have always sought to meet the requests.
Unfortunately, these positive points do not compensate for the conservation and hygiene conditions of the rooms. I do not recommend the lodging. In my opinion, the hotel needs to undergo a complete renovation and invest significantly in the renovation of the enxoval and facilities.
Disappointing.

Bad cleaning service

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and found our experience good, so I made this choice recently. However, I regretted. Room cleaning service bad due to poor communication of employees. I requested for two days the room cleaning service and swap of bathing clothes, reinforcing with reception staff and was not served. Unfortunately, bad service.
