CANCEL ON CHECKIN DAY WITHOUT WARNING
Cancel your stay on the day you check in without notice. I booked LUA DE MEL 7 months in advance by booking. As I did in advance, I would pay R$1256,00 for 6 days. An absurd! For us it became obvious that the hotel did not want to honor the previously made reservation for the low value in relation to the high season yet. The result: in order not to spoil the honeymoon the couple had to pay R$2979,00 in another hotel of the same level, i.e. double for having sought to book without imagining that they would be victims of this absurdity.
