Hotel Porto Grande

It's not worth the price!

The hotel is super simple and, frankly, the cost x benefit did not make up. When we got to the room, we were in doubt if it had really been cleaned. The beds had no pattern in arrangement and there was only a towel in the bathroom, placed somewhat strangely, as if someone had already moved.
The sheets were very fine (quality very poor, full of balls and inserts), almost looked like paper, and we had to order another at the reception. When I slept, the sheets came out of the mattress because it was very small and I couldn’t hold onto it and in the end I slept on the mattress that was full of stains (well disgusting).
In addition, the pillow that was kept in the closet smelled perfume, which made us believe that the pillow had not been changed.
The bedroom and bathroom were very small, smaller than what appears in the photos, fortunately we were with small bags, because if they were large there would be no room.

On the first day we did not ask for cleaning, but on the second we asked because the toilet paper had run out. However, they just stretched the little sheet on one of the beds and folded the sheet I was covering myself, the other left the same way. The towel I was wearing was removed (without replacement) and the toilet paper, which was the main reason for the cleaning request, was not placed.

Also there was no information about the Wi-Fi in the room. I asked for the password at the reception and even managed to connect, but the signal didn't reach the room. It was necessary to connect on another network and did not have the password, nor the number of the reception to request by phone. The service of the reception and the cleanliness left much to be desired.

Positive points: the breakfast is good, the restaurant staff were very attentive and the location is great. The hotel has a private garage.

Overall, I found the daily very expensive for what is offered (reservation made by Booking - R$293,00/day). I do not recommend it, as there are many points that need to be improved.
