I would like to leave my affection and my satisfaction with all the experience we had at Hotel Ponta Verde.
From the moment we arrived, we were very well received. The staff already came to help us with the bags, taking them out of the car and welcoming us with a lot of sympathy. At the reception, we were served by an extremely polite, attentive and welcoming staff, who made us feel very comfortable from the first minutes.
As I entered the room, I was delighted with all the elegance, comfort and care in every detail. And that window overlooking the sea and the street... just wonderful! It is that kind of room that gives the desire to spend hours there, enjoying every moment and contemplating the beauty of the place.
In the restaurant, the experience was also wonderful. All the waiters were very attentive, polite and helpful. The menu is huge, with many delicious options, and the presentation of the dishes is to fill the eyes and give water in the mouth. All very tasty and prepared with great care.
The structure of the hotel also deserves many praise. Everything very clean, organized and well taken care of. The video room and play space for the kids were a huge difference for us, mainly because we traveled with our two children, who simply loved the experience.
I want to leave a special highlight for the **Douglas**, which also received us very well, with a lot of attention, sympathy and excellent indication. It was through his guidance that we knew these places and had an even more complete experience during our stay. Thank you, Douglas, for the care and affection!
It was only two days at the Hotel Ponta Verde, but it was two days worth every penny. It’s that kind of hotel where you pay with pleasure because you realize that every detail makes a difference.
I was staying with my husband and my two children, and we all loved it. The kids didn’t want to leave — and, to be honest, **I didn’t want to either!**
